    Thank you for your interest in Benjamin Banneker Charter Academy of Technology.  We welcome you to our website.  The human resources department is committed to providing the best qualified candidates for each position available.  We look forward to working with you and answering any question you may have.  We also encourage you to complete an application and frequently check our job postings.

To assist you, please follow the outline as listed below when applying for positions.

  • Complete the application form

  • Submit all official transcripts or a copy of all college or university credits

  • Submit placement papers from your college placement office or three letters of recommendation from employer/colleagues, if not a recent graduate.

  • Submit a current resume

  • Submit a copy of your teaching certificate

Your file will be considered complete when all of the above documents are received.  Should an opening occur in the area for which your are certified, applications in that subject area will be reviewed.  You will be contacted should you be selected as a candidate to be interviewed.

Your application will remain active for one calendar year from the date of receipt.  Following the receipt of your application to the human resources department, you need not contact the department unless you want to notify us of a change or to request withdrawal or renewal of you application.  If you wish to apply for a different vacancy, please notify the department in writing of the position for which you wish to apply.
